Die Arbeit ist in Zusammenarbeit mit Liza Dieckwisch für die Ausstellung “First We Eat” bei Catalyst Arts in Belfast, UK entstanden. Zur Eröffnung gab es lila Süsskartoffel-Smoothies und in Salzteig eingebackene lila Kartoffeln. Dazu konnten Videos des YouTube-Kanals Artist Mukbang angesehen werden, die jeweils eine farbige Speise als Ausgangspunkt nimmt. Die Videos können über folgenden Link angesehen werden. 
The work was created in collaboration with Liza Dieckwisch for the exhibition "First We Eat" at Catalyst Arts in Belfast, UK. At the opening there were purple sweet potato smoothies and purple potatoes baked in salt dough. Videos from the YouTube channel Artist Mukbang could be viewed, each taking a colorful dish as a starting point. The videos can be viewed via the following link.
